Does your business have the X Factor?
Yes, I know that the X Factor was over in December, but bear with me. There is no doubt whether you love it or hate it, the X Factor is a national phenomena that has been hugely successful. My own views vary, from cynical thoughts about how much cash Simon Cowell is raking in; to how lovely it is for young people to be able to have the chance to live out their dream.
